Completing a Ship to Store Pickup
When we check in the arrival of a Ship to Store shipment, you will be notified and can find your QR code in your email or in the Order History section of your Wish app. If you can’t find your QR code in your email or app, please reach out to Wish customer service via the Wish app or email Wish customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you arrive at the store, you will be required to show your QR code(s) which we will scan. When we scan the code, our app will show us the 6-digit code associated with your order and we will then be able to identify your package and hand you your package(s). A separate scan code is required for each item that may have been shipped separately.
If you believe your mobile device's connection will not pick up a signal in our store, we suggest taking screen shots of all scan codes prior to leaving to pick up your package(s) or printing the scan codes which may also be found in your Order History on wish.com.
